Prepare the words for ordinary guest announcements
Turn the confirmed details of a routine event moment into speaker copy. Choose a template, add the host’s factual wording and create an editable draft. Keep its cue reference beside the words so the person speaking can match the pack to the actual running order.
The templates cover a welcome, introducing speeches, an agreed performance, a confirmed room move and an ordinary programme update. They contain linking words, not invented event facts. Bracketed requests stay visible until you supply or edit them, and the pack remains a draft while any placeholder or changed detail needs review.
Use this pack for ordinary programme messages. Emergency, evacuation, security and other safety announcements are outside these templates. Confirm the actual wording and the speaking/cue arrangements with the host and relevant venue team.
Text stays in this open page and is not sent or saved. Use role labels where useful; pronunciation notes are optional. Print the speaker copy before refreshing if you need to keep it. This pack does not promise sound coverage, equipment or an announcement duration.
Prepare the announcements
Fill in details used by your chosen template. Select “Update wording from details”, then edit the wording if needed. Changing a factual detail marks the existing wording for review; it never silently replaces your edits.
The interactive builder needs JavaScript. Printable template examples are available below when scripts are unavailable.
Discuss the speaking and PA arrangement with Fables. Keep the current running order and actual operator instructions with the agreed event team.
