When do we confirm guest numbers and dietary requirements?

Your final booking form is due three weeks before the wedding. It covers guest numbers, menus, dietary information, timings and setup. Guest numbers cannot fall below the original confirmed amount; discuss any increase with us as early as possible.
Can we add waiting staff or other event hire?
