Check that the smoke-effect booking documents describe the same plan
A quote, a venue decision and a final cue plan can drift apart when an event changes. This tool compares the text you transcribe from those three documents. It shows missing information and literal differences beside the original values so the responsible people can answer a precise question.
Use the current actual documents, with their references and dates. Copy only the relevant fields; do not upload documents or enter personal or health information. The comparison does not interpret a condition, decide whether two different phrases mean the same thing or assess the proposed effect.
A text comparison, not a decision. Matching copied words do not establish permission or suitability. The original documents and the relevant venue and supplier decision-makers remain authoritative. All entries stay on this page and are cleared by refresh.
Transcribe the relevant fields
Select “Text stated” when you have copied the document’s actual wording. Leave an unanswered item as unknown. Choose “Not applicable” only as your own recorded status and add the source note explaining it. A blank condition is never treated as “no conditions”. Differences in capitalisation, punctuation or spaces stay visible as differences.
Record the answer in the responsible person’s words with its document reference. This note does not change a comparison result or supply an approval status.

Use the differences to ask a focused question
For each missing or different field, ask which current source should be corrected or clarified. Keep the original values with that question instead of silently replacing them with a preferred answer. For example, a room name changed in a cue plan should be raised against the quote and venue decision, even if the new room sounds similar.
If a source changes, update its reference and copied fields, then rebuild the report. Input changes mark the previous report as out of date. Record the actual response with the event pack; the tool never treats a completed report or review note as permission to use an effect.
