Prepare guest information from the agreed effect wording
Keep the guest-facing words agreed for your event together with their source and version. This builder places the exact wording you enter into separately labelled drafts for your chosen channels. It does not rewrite the wording or supply a notice of its own.
Start with the wording supplied or agreed by the venue and relevant effect supplier for the actual arrangement. Ask those people for the text if it has not been settled. A draft message records a communication task; it does not decide permission, suitability or what information meets any guest’s needs.
Make a wording record, then build the drafts
Give the source a reference you can find in your event pack. Keep the source wording intact, including any limits or conditions in that guest-facing text. Select the channels you actually intend to use. The output labels each channel but never shortens the text to fit it; ask the wording owner before making a shorter version.
Paste or type the agreed guest-facing text as text. Do not add product assurances, guest details or technical instructions. If there is no wording yet, leave this blank and build a question record.

Draft message pack
Review the record before using a message
Compare the output with the actual source record and the current event plan. The wording review status is your entry, not a decision made by the builder. A change to any input marks the previous output as changed and disables its print button until you build again. Rebuilding makes a new draft from your current entries; it does not obtain a new venue or supplier decision.
Keep the event contact route with the draft so ordinary questions reach the event team. Questions about a particular guest or the proposed effect still belong with the actual venue and supplier review. Keep the original documents available: a printed message pack does not replace them.
