Build a supplier operating-time timeline

Put supplier-confirmed equipment periods, site access windows and programme markers on one dated chart. The builder sorts your entries and keeps unresolved information beside them, so you can ask the right supplier or venue contact about a particular time.

Use the venue’s local dates and times throughout, including the next day when an interval crosses midnight. No time-zone conversion takes place. Choose an honest status for every entry; a provisional time remains provisional in the printed report.
