Fables event planning · Back to LED letter hire
Prepare an LED Letter Hire Enquiry
A clear LED hire enquiry joins the display you want with the place and time it will be used. You do not need every detail resolved before contacting Fables. You do need to distinguish known venue facts, your preferences and questions still awaiting confirmation.
Use one brief for the enquiry and the returned quotation. It helps keep the approved wording, selected item and installation plan connected as your event develops.
Describe the choice and the event
Start with the event date, venue name and postcode, occasion and preferred display. The published range includes Mr & Mrs, Mr & Mr, Mrs & Mrs, LOVE and a personalised lightbox heart. Give an alternative only if you would actually consider it.
For the heart, send exact wording and ask for its count and arrangement to be checked within the published 32-character maximum. Explain the role of the display: an arrival focal point, photo position or evening feature. This helps the position discussion follow the experience you want.
Attach the practical evidence
Provide a labelled plan or photograph of the position, showing doors, nearby furniture and guest routes. Ask for the selected display’s full width and depth; the published height of a named item does not establish the entire footprint. Mark any plan based on provisional dimensions.
Add the floor surface, available power information, delivery route and venue access windows. Include steps, narrow doors and proposed outdoor or marquee use. Ask Fables and the venue to confirm suitability and the installation arrangement instead of filling gaps with assumptions.
Check the response against your actual request
When a proposal arrives, check the display, agreed wording, venue position and timing against the same brief. Ask which delivery, installation, hire period and collection arrangements are included. If another service is being discussed, make sure each chosen item is identified rather than inferred from a package label.
Keep unanswered questions visible and send material changes promptly. A revised venue layout or heart message needs confirmation, not simply an updated attachment in your own files. The wedding details guide helps coordinate this final record with the rest of the celebration.
Your finished planning sheet
- Event date, venue postcode, preferred display and any genuine alternative.
- Exact heart wording if relevant, plus the requested count and layout confirmation.
- Plan, floor and access photographs, power information and setup target.
- Confirmed item and scope, collection arrangements and outstanding questions clearly recorded.
Questions to settle
Must the room plan be final before we enquire?
Send the useful information you have and label provisional details. Ask which facts are needed to confirm the proposal, then update the plan as decisions are accepted.
Is an item included because we mentioned it in an enquiry?
Check the quotation and obtain express confirmation of the selected item and arrangements. An idea or request is not the same as an accepted booking detail.
