Bring your wedding details into one plan
A few coordinated decisions can connect the arrival, guestbook, signs and cake without making the day feel crowded. Use one timetable and one checked list of personal details, then confirm the separate services you want with Fables.

Start with the guest journey
Walk through the day from arrival to the end of the reception. Note where guests will first enter, how they will find the right room or table and when they can use optional activities. Give each item a purpose before choosing its position.
A welcome board belongs where arriving guests can read it, while an audio guestbook needs a spot away from loud speakers. Illuminated letters may become a photo point. Show those positions together so guests can pause without blocking the main route.
Keep the names, dates and messages together
Create one checked list for signs, place cards, personalised displays and cake details. Include preferred spellings, dates, table names and any exact messages. Ask each service to work from the same approved version.
The personalised lightbox heart has a published 32-character limit, so ask for that layout and character count to be confirmed separately. A design proof should also show the agreed quantity and size where those affect the finished item.
Use one timetable for the handovers
Write down venue access, vehicle arrival, room changes, cake delivery and the time each hired item needs to be ready. Confirm which services need a setup or collection window and who will meet the team.
A late room change can affect several suppliers at once. Tell the venue and booking contacts how updates will be shared, and nominate one organiser who can check that everybody has the same final schedule.
Keep the quote specific to the chosen details
Request the items, quantities, wording, staffing or setup and hire period you need. Ask what is supplied, what the venue provides and which arrangements are separate. A coordinated wedding booking still needs clear inclusions for each service.
Before the event, review the final list against the room plan and timetable. Confirm any accepted food-intolerance requests through Fables' booking process and keep guests' medical histories out of the planning paperwork.
Questions before you book.
Do we need every decorative or guestbook option?
Choose the details that suit your guests, budget and layout. A clear welcome, a useful timetable and a few meaningful personal touches can be planned without booking every available service.
Who should approve personalised wording?
Nominate one person to check names, spelling, dates and messages against a single approved list. Agree the proof process and change deadline with the service preparing each item.
How do we avoid clashes during setup?
Share the venue access times, room-change plan and the positions of all items. Confirm who is meeting each team and who can approve a change to the layout or timetable.
