Our waiting staff are £33 per hour. Please note we charge a minimum of 3 hours per team member.

Planning your waiting staff
What should I include in my waiting staff enquiry?
Share your event date, venue, expected guest numbers and the style of service you are planning. Tell us whether you need help with a seated meal, a canapé reception, drinks or a combination, and which food and drink arrangements are already booked.
How should I plan the hours I need?
Give us the times for guest arrival, food and drink service, and the clearing you want covered. If you need help setting tables or with other preparation, ask for those tasks to be agreed in the quote. Confirm the staff start and finish times so the booking covers the parts of the event you need help with.
Who handles clearing and tableware?
Agree which clearing tasks your waiting staff will cover and which remain with you or the venue. Confirm where used items should go and who will prepare hired items for collection. If you also need crockery and glassware hire, include it in your enquiry so the equipment and staffing arrangements can be considered together.
