A useful morning food plan starts with when guests will arrive and when they can eat. Put those times alongside the event programme before choosing a grazing breakfast, cooked meal or brunch selection.

Give the food its place in the morning
For a company event, note the meeting start, registration or planned break. For a wedding gathering or private celebration, explain when people are expected to come together. Tell Fables whether this is a light breakfast, a substantial meal or a later brunch.
If guests will arrive in groups, share that pattern before agreeing the service. The menu and food window should be planned for the guests who will actually use them.
Compare the published menu formats
The breakfast page includes Fables Grazing, Cereal Bar, Pancakes and Waffles, Afternoon Tea, Full English, Juice Bar and Fables Brunch. Read the ingredients in the relevant options and choose the food you want to discuss.
These are separate menu starting points. Do not assume one selection includes all the others or that the afternoon-tea price on another page sets a universal breakfast tariff. Fables quotes for the actual food, drinks and service agreed.
Remember drinks and the eating arrangement
The Juice Bar is listed separately alongside the food menus. Tell Fables which drink option you want and how many guests it should cover. Check what cups, plates, cutlery, serving pieces and tables are already provided.
Explain whether guests will sit down, mingle or return to a meeting space. If you need waiting staff or tableware hire, request it in the enquiry so the equipment and hours can be considered with the meal.
Confirm the venue and the booked limits
Send the postcode, access route, setup window and proposed serving position. The practical requirements depend on the food and equipment agreed for the booking; ask Fables to confirm supplies and any venue restrictions.
Record the food quantity and any staffed service period in the quote. Let guests know the food times and raise expected late arrivals before booking. Discuss food intolerances early: Fables does not cater for food allergies or guarantee allergen-free food.
