Flexible Hire with Delivery & Setup Options

We make hiring tables easy. You can collect from us or have everything delivered, set up, and collected after your event. Pair with our chair hire, tableware, linens, or full event packages for a seamless experience from start to finish.

Our 6ft round tables are £14 per table and seat 8-10 people.

How should we work out the tables we need?

Start with the number of seated guests, then list any separate tables for the cake, gifts, drinks or buffet. The 6ft round tables listed above seat 8–10 people; discuss your intended place settings and layout before settling the final plan. Match the table and chair quantities for each part of the event.

What should we include on our room plan?

Send the room or marquee dimensions and mark entrances, fixed furniture and service areas. Allow for guests pulling out chairs and for staff moving around the tables. If you are adding vintage crockery, centrepieces or shared platters, include those in the discussion so the tabletop arrangement can be checked too.
