Tell us whether you are planning a staff party, a team gathering or another corporate occasion. Include the venue, estimated numbers and the time people will be available to eat.
If guests will arrive from different offices, work areas or sessions, explain that pattern at the enquiry stage. We can discuss the serving arrangements for your event, while your quote and booking documents will confirm the agreed food provision and service period.
Confirm what the site will allow
Ask the person responsible for your premises about permission for the horsebox, delivery access and the agreed setup position. Note security gates, arrival procedures, turning space and any restrictions that may affect a towing vehicle and catering unit.
Electricity is required where the equipment will operate. Fables will confirm its supply requirements. If a suitable supply is unavailable, ask about our own power in advance and agree any extra charge in writing. Supply details should reach the site contact before the event.
Make the menu brief clear
Discuss pizza choices, estimated portion numbers and whether other food will be offered. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, with the actual menu agreed for the booking. Food and service are limited to the quantity and period confirmed in your documents.
Fables caters for agreed food intolerances only, not food allergies. Please discuss requirements before booking and avoid sending named employees’ medical information. A form entry alone does not confirm that a requirement has been accepted.
