Fables’ catering packages page lists pizza horsebox and street-food catering at £700–£2,000+ for typical weddings of 70–110 guests. The range is a planning guide for that context, not a fixed national tariff or a guaranteed price for every event.
Your price depends on guest numbers, menu choices, location and setup requirements. A different guest count or event brief needs its own quotation. Request a price for your actual event so you can compare the complete arrangement.
What the published package guide lists
The current pizza horsebox and street-food guide includes professional staff to cook and serve, setup and pack down, disposables such as plates, napkins and cutlery, and a condiment bar. Vegetarian and vegan options are available, with the menu agreed for the booking.
Check your quotation and booking documents for the food provision, service period, equipment and expressly included extras. Service ends when either the full booked food quantity has been served or the booked period ends, whichever happens first.
Details that can change the quotation
Include the venue postcode, guest numbers, food choices and preferred serving time. Travel and setup costs can vary with your event location and are to be set out clearly in the quote.
Electricity is required. If a suitable venue supply is unavailable, Fables’ own power can be arranged in advance for an additional charge agreed in writing. Additional food, extended service and other extras also need express agreement and may affect the total price.
Compare the complete arrangement
When comparing options, look at the whole plan: which guests are being catered for, what food quantity is agreed, when it will be served, and what venue arrangements are needed. Keep the same brief when requesting or reviewing a quotation.
If you would like canapés, a dessert tricycle or wider catering alongside pizza, ask for those items in the same enquiry. Availability, menu choices, setup and timings can then be considered together. Sending an enquiry does not reserve your date or confirm a booking.
