Before you ask for a quote
The most useful starting details are your event date, venue postcode, estimated guest numbers and preferred serving time. Explain whether pizza will be the main food or evening catering and tell us about any other food planned.
Include access, setup-window or electricity restrictions if you know them. You can enquire before every detail is final, but availability and practical arrangements still need checking. A submitted enquiry does not reserve a date or confirm a booking.
What the price and photographs tell you
The current published guide for pizza horsebox and street-food catering is £700–£2,000+ for typical weddings of 70–110 guests. It is a planning guide for that context, not a fixed tariff for every event. Your quote depends on the actual menu, numbers, location and setup.
Photographs show examples of Fables’ vintage catering units. A booking does not reserve a specific horsebox, and not every item shown is included automatically. Your quote and booking documents confirm the agreed menu, provision, timings and extras.
Check requirements before relying on an option
Electricity is required for our services. Our own power can be arranged in advance if needed, with an extra price agreed in writing. Any clean-water or other utility requirements will be confirmed for the booking.
Vegetarian and vegan options are available, but menu labels are not allergy guarantees. Fables caters for expressly agreed food intolerances only, not food allergies. Read the complete dietary wording on the main pizza page and discuss requests before booking.

Do you cook the pizza at the event?
Yes. Fables’ pizza horseboxes cook and serve pizzas on site. The menu and serving arrangements are agreed for your booking.
Is food served for the whole time even if the booked quantity runs out?
Service ends when either the full booked quantity has been served or the booked period ends, whichever happens first. Additional food or time needs express agreement and may cost extra.
Does vegetarian or vegan mean suitable for a food allergy?
No. Fables does not cater for food allergies or guarantee allergen-free food. Discuss any intolerance request before booking and read the full dietary information.
What if there is no electricity?
Tell Fables before booking. Our own power can be arranged in advance at an additional charge quoted and agreed in writing; it is not automatically included.
Do we need Wi-Fi for pizza catering?
A working accessible connection is required where your booking includes a card machine for guest food payments, a photobooth or DJ equipment. Tell us in advance if it is unavailable. Own power does not provide Wi-Fi.
Can we add other catering or hire?
