A party meal needs to work for the people who will be there. Tell us whether guests will arrive together or throughout the celebration, whether pizza is the main food and what else is planned.
Share estimated guest numbers and your preferred serving time. If the venue has a finish time, access window or restrictions on outside catering, include those too. These details let us consider the food service as part of the whole party.
Check the property and access route
A garden or private venue still needs suitable access for the towing vehicle and horsebox. Check the entrance, any narrow gates, turning room and the proposed standing area with the venue or landowner.
Tell us about slopes, soft ground and surfaces you want to protect. Heavy vehicles can leave marks on grass or soft ground even when care is taken. Any alternative access or protection needs to be agreed before the day, and the driver will assess whether the route is safe.
Arrange the food and electricity together
Discuss your preferred pizzas and any vegetarian or vegan portions, then confirm the final menu through your booking. We cater for expressly agreed food intolerances only, not food allergies. Discuss requirements early rather than treating a menu label as an allergy guarantee.
Electricity is required at the setup location. Fables will confirm the requirements for the allocated equipment. Our own power may be arranged in advance at an agreed additional charge if a suitable supply is unavailable.
Keep guests informed about the food time
Tell guests when food will be served and how to find the horsebox. The booking provides the agreed food quantity for up to the agreed service period; service ends when either limit is reached first.
Ask about any additional food, serving time, dessert tricycle or other extras while the quote is being prepared. Those arrangements need express agreement and may change the price. An enquiry is the start of planning, rather than a reservation or confirmed booking.

It depends on permission, access, turning space, ground conditions and a suitable setup area. Send photographs or a plan and discuss the route with Fables before booking.
Do we need electricity?
Yes. Fables confirms the supply needed for the booked equipment. Own-power arrangements are an additional service that must be discussed and priced in advance.
Can we keep the party menu simple?
Tell us your preferred choices and guest numbers. The pizza selection and food provision will be agreed for your booking, rather than assuming every advertised option is included.
