Corporate BBQ catering with a clear event brief
Bring the food plan, company timetable and site arrangements together for a staff gathering, client event or other one-off corporate occasion.
BBQ food and event inspiration.
Start with the purpose and timetable
Explain whether you are planning a staff social, client gathering, celebration or another company event. Tell us when people will be free to eat and whether they will arrive together or in groups. A meeting agenda, shift pattern or site programme can affect the serving arrangements as much as the menu.
Give the number you want catered for and identify the event contact who can confirm decisions. If several teams are contributing to the brief, bring their requirements into one enquiry. Include the date, location and a preferred food time even if some details are still provisional.
Choose food for the way guests will gather
The Fable menus include grilled meat, vegetarian and vegan options with four salads, relishes, French sticks and butter. Compare the complete choices and tell us which dishes and portion numbers interest you. The published starting prices range from £14.95 per person for Fable 3 to £22.95 for Fable 1, subject to the personalised quote.
For a different food format, explore the separate BBQ Street Food Menu. Its choice of four menu options, side extras and dessert extras needs its own quotation. Tell us what seating, eating space or other catering is already arranged so the discussion fits the event.
Check the site with the right people
Ask the venue or site team about permission, cooking restrictions, vehicle access, arrival procedures and the proposed setup area. Share any induction, security or loading arrangements with Fables before booking. We will confirm what the allocated equipment and service require rather than relying on a generic footprint.
Identify a suitable electricity supply at the operating position. If it is unavailable, discuss own-power arrangements in advance; any extra charge must be quoted and agreed in writing. Agree who will provide bins, guest-area clearing and waste disposal, because those services are included only where expressly listed.
Make the quote easy to review
Ask for the agreed menu, guest numbers, food provision, serving window and extras to be clear in the quote. Include any purchase-order or invoice-reference requirement in your enquiry, without assuming a particular account-payment arrangement has been accepted.
Discuss food intolerances early and record only the agreed requirements and portion numbers. Fables does not cater for food allergies. Sending the enquiry begins an availability check; the booking is secured through written acceptance and the agreed booking fee in cleared funds.
Your BBQ catering questions.
Can you quote for a company BBQ outside Peterborough?
Fables is based in the Peterborough area and welcomes UK event enquiries. Send the site postcode, date, guest numbers and timetable so travel, setup and availability can be considered.
Can groups eat at different times?
Tell us the proposed arrivals or meal breaks before booking. Any service arrangement needs to fit the food quantity and service period expressly agreed with Fables; extra time is not automatic.
Continue planning.
