Corporate Marquee Hire for Business Events
Corporate marquee hire starts with the purpose of the event. A staff celebration, seated hospitality meal and informal networking reception each need a different balance of circulation, furniture, food service and equipment.
Request a marquee quote13 metres wide. Length to suit your plan.
Our marquee is 13m wide and extends in 3m length sections, from 3m to 24m. We also have a 10m × 10m top-hat pagoda and a 6m × 6m pagoda.
The team will confirm the offered configuration, availability, suitable layout and installation requirements for your site. No guest capacity is implied.
Describe the event format
Tell us the date, venue postcode, attendance, operating hours and whether the event has more than one sitting or shift. Explain how guests will arrive and move through the space. If a presentation, stage, bar or catering station is required, include it in the brief rather than treating it as spare space to find later.
Work with venue and supplier arrangements
Share delivery routes, loading restrictions, available setup and collection windows, and the venue's nominated contact. Power, catering access, toilet provision and any external supplier requirements need to be considered together. The team will confirm what Fables is supplying and what remains the responsibility of the organiser or venue.

Specify equipment and presentation
Furniture, flooring, lighting and other hire equipment can be discussed alongside the marquee. Let us know whether you have a particular presentation style, branding arrangement or guest experience in mind. Images can illustrate ideas, but the final quote must name the equipment and services actually being supplied.
Plan catering around the programme
Fables offers corporate catering options including pizza, street food, buffets, barbecue and lighter reception food. Where you require food across separate times or areas, send the headcount and service window for each. We can assess the complete package and prepare a tailored quotation, subject to availability and the practical requirements of your site.
Create one shared event brief
Identify the person who can confirm the organiser’s requirements and the venue contact who can answer site questions. If several teams or suppliers are involved, bring their space, access and timing needs into the same brief. Equipment dimensions and supplier requirements should come from the businesses providing them rather than estimates copied from a previous event.
Ask the final proposal to distinguish hire items, installation, operating or service hours, and any staff or catering included. Record who provides each remaining item and who can approve a change. This gives the team a practical basis for assessing the event and helps avoid a presentation, dining or service requirement being overlooked.
