Marquee Flooring, Lighting & Finishing Touches
The structure is the starting point. Flooring, lighting, linings and furniture help define how guests use the marquee and how the setting feels. Choose these details around your event format, site and service requirements.
Request a marquee quote13 metres wide. Length to suit your plan.
Our marquee is 13m wide and extends in 3m length sections, from 3m to 24m. We also have a 10m × 10m top-hat pagoda and a 6m × 6m pagoda.
The team will confirm the offered configuration, availability, suitable layout and installation requirements for your site. No guest capacity is implied.
Flooring and carpet
Tell the team about the ground surface, the intended use of the space and the finish you would like. Ask which flooring or carpet options can be offered and how the covering would be installed at your site. A dance area, dining space and serving point may each bring different requirements to the brief.
Lighting for the event programme
Consider when guests will use the marquee and what they need to do in each area. Dining, speeches, a dance floor and circulation should be discussed together. Fables can discuss lighting and equipment options, including the chandeliers shown in the photo gallery. Power provision and equipment suitability must be agreed for the actual booking.

Linings, swags and presentation
Linings and decorative finishing touches can change the appearance of a marquee. Use real photographs to communicate the look you prefer, then ask which elements are available for your structure and date. Ask for swags, ceiling lining and other decorative items to be listed individually in your quotation, with their availability, inclusion and costs confirmed.
Put it in the quotation
Ask for the agreed flooring, carpet, lighting, linings and other extras to be named in the quote. Include any requirements for heating, a dance floor, staging or power equipment in the same conversation. The team will confirm what is suitable, what is included and any additional costs before your booking is finalised.
Use photographs to explain the finish you want
When a real marquee photograph catches your eye, identify the details you like: the carpet, a lined ceiling, the light fittings or the furniture arrangement. A single image can contain several separately quoted items. Asking about those elements individually helps the team explain what can be offered and what would need a different arrangement.
It is also useful to distinguish appearance from function. A decorative finish does not answer every question about how guests, catering staff and suppliers will use the space. Share the event programme and the areas that need lighting or flooring, then check the complete specification against your quotation before the booking is finalised.
