Our marquee is 13m wide and extends in 3m length sections, from 3m to 24m. We also have a 10m × 10m top-hat pagoda and a 6m × 6m pagoda.
The team will confirm the offered configuration, availability, suitable layout and installation requirements for your site. No guest capacity is implied.
What do you need for a marquee quote?
Send your date, venue or postcode, approximate guest numbers, intended use, site measurements and access photographs. Tell us whether you need dining space, a dance floor, catering, furniture or other equipment. You can enquire before every detail is finalised; identify anything that is still unknown.
How much does marquee hire cost?
The structure, site, location, date, hire period and extras affect the total. Each proposal is tailored to the current structure, your site and the services you request. Ask for the full specification, included services and additional costs in your personalised quotation.
Are delivery, installation and extras included?
Fables plans delivery, installation and takedown for the agreed booking. The quotation must state what is included. Flooring, carpet, linings, swags, lighting, furniture and other items need to be listed specifically. Travel and seasonal considerations may affect the price; the team will confirm the actual total.
Can you confirm a size from the guest number?
The guest number is only part of the brief. Seating style, catering, dancing, a bar or stage and the usable site area affect the layout. We need the intended use and site information before confirming a suitable proposal.
Can we combine marquee hire and catering?
Yes, you can enquire about both with Fables. Send the food style, numbers and times for each service, together with the venue information. Availability, suitable equipment and the complete package must be confirmed. For booking changes, payments or cancellation questions, contact the team using your existing email chain.
When should I enquire, and what if plans change?
Enquire once you have a date or a set of possible dates and enough venue information to explain the event. Availability must be checked for the structure, equipment and services you need; this page cannot reserve a date. If your plans change, send the revised brief to the team so they can assess the effect on layout, equipment, timing and price.
Keep the current written quotation and booking documents together. A general FAQ cannot confirm a payment, change an existing booking or decide a cancellation or refund. For those questions, use your existing Fables email chain with the booking reference so the team can review the correct event and accepted terms.
