Pagoda & Gazebo Hire for Events
Not every event brief begins with one large marquee. A pagoda or smaller shelter may be useful for a reception area, a serving point or a separate part of a gathering. The appropriate option depends on its intended use and the site.
Request a marquee quote13 metres wide. Length to suit your plan.
Our marquee is 13m wide and extends in 3m length sections, from 3m to 24m. We also have a 10m × 10m top-hat pagoda and a 6m × 6m pagoda.
The team will confirm the offered configuration, availability, suitable layout and installation requirements for your site. No guest capacity is implied.
Begin with the purpose
Tell us what needs to happen beneath the shelter: seated dining, greeting guests, serving food or creating another event area. Include the equipment and furniture it needs to accommodate. A smaller footprint does not remove the need to plan access, installation and how people will move around it.
Consider how the areas connect
If you are planning more than one structure or an outdoor event with separate zones, explain the route between them. Catering, toilets, parking and guest circulation should be considered as part of the whole event. Any proposed relationship between structures, entrances or service areas needs to be confirmed in the agreed plan.

Discuss the actual specification
Our current pagoda range includes a 10m × 10m top-hat pagoda and a 6m × 6m pagoda. Ask which option suits your intended use, date, venue and layout. The structure dimensions do not establish a guest capacity or confirm site suitability; the team will agree the configuration and installation requirements with you.
Confirm the extras and arrangements
Flooring, lighting, furniture and catering requirements should be stated clearly in the quotation. Please share site measurements, photographs, the ground surface and setup or collection restrictions. The team will confirm the structure, installation requirements and included services for the booking before you proceed.
Define the role of each smaller shelter
For a separate welcome point, tell us what needs to be positioned there and whether guests will gather or simply pass through. For a serving area, identify the catering equipment, tables and people who need to use it. A shelter chosen for one purpose should not be assumed to cover a different activity without checking the brief.
Explain how the area connects to the rest of the event, including the route guests and staff will use. If you want a smaller shelter as an alternative arrangement or an additional event zone, say so when you enquire. Availability, location, equipment and installation details must be confirmed for that role; an extra shelter is not automatically included.
