Planning your dance floor layout
What information helps us choose a floor size?
Share your guest numbers and the usable room dimensions, with a plan showing tables, access routes and the DJ or band position. Tell us which floor style you prefer and ask which sizes fit that layout. The white colour-changing floor is listed as available up to 12ft x 12ft. If you are also using LED letters, show their proposed position on the same plan.
What should we agree before the floor is set up?
Confirm the proposed surface, installation access and setup time with us and your venue, together with any power arrangements for the chosen floor. If the room changes from a meal to dancing, agree when the space will be clear and who will coordinate that change. Include those details in your dance floor enquiry.
Black and White Dance Floor
