For the Magic Mirror, the published starting price is £250 for 2 hours, with 2, 3 and 4-hour options. Its package includes props, a red carpet, red velvet rope barriers and unlimited visits during the allocated hire time, with delivery and setup included during the selected time frame.
This Magic Mirror service is paperless: guests use a QR code to receive and save their photos, and the host receives a full digital folder after the event. Other formats may involve different photo or video outputs; confirm the requested delivery and inclusions in your quotation.
Agree photo use and venue requirements
Identify the organiser who will receive any agreed photo or video delivery and discuss your organisation’s photography and sharing requirements. Tell the team if guests may need help accessing the output or if there are particular participation needs to plan around.
Fables confirms the equipment requirements. The client must arrange suitable electricity at the agreed setup location and time, plus working Wi-Fi at the operating location with necessary login details.
