Send the event date, postcode, approximate attendance and preferred operating times. Include any particular printing, digital sharing, props, appearance, branding or assistance requirements, and ask the team to confirm them in the quotation.

Fables is based near Peterborough and provides photo booth hire across the UK. Include the actual venue postcode wherever your event is taking place so the quotation can account for the location, access and agreed booking arrangements.

The published Magic Mirror offer

Our Magic Mirror Photo Booth starts at £250 for 2 hours. Choose from 2, 3 or 4 hours, with the price for your chosen booking confirmed in the quote. The package includes the prop box, red carpet, red velvet rope barriers and unlimited visits during the allocated hire time.

The current Magic Mirror service is paperless: guests scan a QR code to receive and save their photos, and Fables sends the host a full digital folder after the event. Delivery and setup at the venue are included during your selected time frame; confirm how these fit your operating schedule.

Agree the complete schedule and inclusions

Your event start, venue access and preferred booth operating window are useful separate details. Share all three where possible, including any room changeover or collection restrictions. Ask how delivery and setup are arranged for the selected type.

Confirm the output too. Still photos, video clips, requested prints and digital delivery should be described clearly in the quotation, along with any agreed props or styling. The Magic Mirror price, hours and paperless package are specific to that offer and should not be used to calculate another format’s cost.

What affects a photo booth hire price?

Compare quotations against the same brief. A price is only useful when you know the selected format, how long guests can use it and what they will receive. List the items you want before comparing totals so a lower price is not being compared with a different service.

• The selected booth format and equipment, rather than the name alone.
• The agreed operating hours and how delivery, setup and collection fit the venue schedule.
• The confirmed output and inclusions: photos or video, any requested printing, digital access, props, styling or assistance.
• The venue postcode, delivery access and any additional arrangements agreed for that booking.
• Any separately quoted extras, including an own-power arrangement where agreed; own power does not supply Wi-Fi.

Add the venue requirements

Fables confirms the requirements for the equipment being booked. The client must arrange suitable electricity at the agreed setup location and time, plus working Wi-Fi at the operating location with necessary login details. Tell the team about unavailable supplies in advance.

Fables can provide its own power for an additional charge arranged beforehand, quoted and agreed in writing; that does not provide Wi-Fi. Include access restrictions or other venue details in the same conversation so any additional agreed requirements are clear.
