Choose a position for the selected type

Describe the booth type and the room or setup area you have in mind. Consider how guests will approach, take part and move away, and keep guest routes clear. Share delivery access, setup restrictions, room changeovers and any particular participation needs with Fables.

For the Magic Mirror, include its red carpet, rope barriers and props in the position you discuss with the venue. For a 360 video, selfie pod, open-air, enclosed, roaming or other format, confirm the particular arrangement and access requirements with the team. If your event has an outdoor element or is in a marquee, describe that early so suitability can be discussed.

Electricity arrangements

Electricity is required for our services. Fables will confirm the supply requirements for your booked equipment, and the client must arrange a suitable supply at the agreed setup location and time.

If electricity is unavailable, Fables can provide its own power for an additional charge. Please arrange this with us in advance. The price will be quoted and agreed in writing before it is added to your booking.

Working Wi-Fi at the operating location

Wi-Fi is required where your booking includes a photobooth, DJ equipment or a card machine for taking payments from guests for food. The client must arrange a working connection that is accessible at the equipment’s operating location and provide any necessary login details. Tell us in advance if Wi-Fi is unavailable so we can discuss whether suitable alternative arrangements are possible. Supplying our own power does not provide Wi-Fi.

Any clean-water or other utility requirements will be confirmed for your particular booking.

If an agreed supply is missing

If an agreed supply is missing or unsuitable on arrival, this may delay or prevent the affected service. We will seek a practical solution and explain any additional costs. Delay charges will reflect reasonable additional costs actually caused, up to £50 per hour, calculated proportionately, without charging twice for the same cost. This does not remove Fables’ responsibility for its own equipment or planning failures.

Bring the details into one brief

Send the event date, venue postcode, approximate attendance, preferred type and operating start and finish. Ask how delivery and setup fit the selected format and the venue’s schedule. The Magic Mirror has published 2, 3 and 4-hour options; operating times for another type are confirmed in the quotation.
