A shared part of the celebration
The appeal is in the combinations. Friends who arrive together can take a photo, a family group can gather later, and guests can return with different props during the booked hours. Unlimited visits apply throughout your allocated hire period.
The red carpet and red velvet rope barriers are included with the Magic Mirror. Think about them as part of the setup when choosing a location: guests need room to approach the mirror, enjoy a photo and move on without blocking a doorway or another activity.
What is included around the mirror
The prop box includes hats, wigs, glasses, inflatables, signs and more. Those pieces give guests a simple starting point without needing a complicated photo plan. Some will want a playful picture; others may prefer a photo together with fewer props.
Your booking can be for 2, 3 or 4 hours, with the current starting price £250 for 2 hours. Delivery and setup at the venue are included during your selected time frame. Confirm how they fit with your chosen start and finish times when arranging the booking.
From a photo moment to a saved memory
The service is paperless. Guests can scan a QR code to receive and save their photo as soon as they have taken it. After the event, Fables sends the host a full digital folder of the photographs.
Talk through photo access before the event if some guests may need assistance. Agree the practical arrangements with the team rather than leaving the organiser to answer those questions during the celebration. A working Wi-Fi connection at the mirror’s operating location is required.
Plan the experience around the room
Place the mirror where guests can find it, with the approach and nearby activities in mind. Tell Fables about your event layout and any room changeovers. Share delivery access information and the venue’s setup restrictions before the day.
Electricity is required, with the equipment’s requirements confirmed by Fables. The client must arrange a suitable supply at the agreed setup location and time, and a working Wi-Fi connection accessible at the operating location. Own power can be quoted separately if electricity is unavailable; it does not provide Wi-Fi.
