Photo-booth moments.
People, props and setups from our existing photo-booth gallery. Confirm the equipment and inclusions for your chosen booking.
Start with the finished result
A 360 video booth is a different type of experience from a still-photo booth. An open-air, enclosed or selfie-pod booking may also involve different equipment and output options. Tell Fables what you want to receive and how guests should access it.
If printed photos matter to your plans, include that requirement when you enquire. If digital sharing, a host collection, a particular file format or an event deadline matters, raise those details too. Confirm what is available and included for the chosen type in the quotation.
The current Magic Mirror QR service
Fables’ current Magic Mirror service is paperless. Guests can scan a QR code to receive and save their photo as soon as they have taken it. After the event, Fables sends the host a full digital folder of the photographs.
These QR and digital-folder details describe the Magic Mirror package. Confirm the photo or video output and delivery arrangements separately for another type. For any booking, raise questions about guests needing help receiving or saving the output during the planning conversation.
Plan the connection at the actual location
Wi-Fi is required where your booking includes a photobooth. The client must arrange a working connection accessible at the equipment’s operating location and provide any necessary login details. Check this at the proposed photo area, rather than relying only on a venue saying Wi-Fi exists elsewhere on site.
Tell Fables in advance if Wi-Fi is unavailable so the team can discuss whether suitable alternative arrangements are possible. Electricity is a separate requirement. If Fables supplies its own power for an additional agreed charge, that does not provide Wi-Fi.
Agree the host’s arrangements
Identify the organiser who will receive any agreed photo or video delivery and confirm the method and timing with the team. Decide how you want to share the memories afterwards, taking account of any venue or organisation photography requirements.
At a wedding, that may involve sharing selected moments with guests. At a company event, the organiser may need to follow an internal process. Bring those needs into the brief so the expected output is clear before the celebration.

Your photo booth questions.
Are all Fables photo booths paperless?
The current published Magic Mirror service is paperless, with QR guest access and a host digital folder after the event. Confirm printing, photo or video delivery and sharing arrangements for the other type you select.
Does the 360 booth produce the same output as a photo booth?
A 360 booth is a video format. Confirm the particular equipment, clip output and delivery arrangements in your quotation.
Does own power include Wi-Fi?
No. Supplying our own power does not provide Wi-Fi. The client must arrange the required connection or discuss possible alternatives with Fables in advance.
